I cannot connect to my incoming or outgoing email server

If you are unable to send or receive emails you should first check the internet connection of the device that is trying to connect to your email, for example by surfing some web pages you haven't visited in awhile, to make sure it really is a problem with your email.

The second thing to do is to verify that your email client is configured properly. You can do that by reviewing our email guides.

One of the most common reasons for not connecting to your email is due to wrong username or password. You should pay attention to your username because people often forget to write the full email address, which includes username and domain name, i.e. username@example.com. If it is correct, please double check your password and make sure it doesn’t have an empty space in case you are copying it.
